Show up about 15 minutes early so you can change, stash your stuff, and actually relax before your treatment starts. If you're running late, just give us a heads up.
Life happens, we get it. Just let us know 24 hours ahead if you need to reschedule. Otherwise, we'll have to charge 50% since we held that spot for you.
